This Is Probably Considered Cheating...

Ok so I don't have a whole lot of words to say this week. Instead I'm going to use experimentation with embedding YouTube videos as an excuse for not posting anything that would totally blow your mind! I really wanted to do this last week with the Stupid Inventions for Stupid People post, but I was clueless on how to do it so I had to reference Google Coffee Shop.

Hence the delay in fancy videos for you to watch.

ANYWAY, here are a few of my own favorite YouTube videos. I apologize if you've seen them before.

From the same guy that brought you the WTF blanket comes: The Jesus Christ Sponge!

The next one is from my favorite actor Jonah Hill in the movie Funny People! After seeing the movie I had to know if it really was on YouTube and it was!

Something you probably didn't know about me, (or maybe you did, Go You!) is that I'm a huge Ghost Hunters fan. It's a show on the SciFi channel about these plumbers from Roto-Rooter that have a ghost hunting team called TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society). And guess what? They are from Rhode Island!! Isn't that awesome? Their office is like 20 minutes away from where I live! Ok back to the video:

Finally, don't ask me how I found this video... ADD probably led me to it, but anyway here's one from a guy who's completely obsessed with his cat. He has like a million videos of his cat on YouTube. It's weird. Here's the only one worth showing.

What? You didn't think that was hilarious? How come?! I almost fell off my chair with that one!! Ok maybe not. Because I'm completely random, I've decided to include a picture of my toes.

I apologize to the few male readers I have for this one. But I did these myself! By hand! They are AWESOME!!

Oh and a few words of wisdom I learned while out to dinner tonight:

Wearing your tight pants to dinner doesn't make you eat less, it only makes them tighter.

  1. i love the nail polish style on your toes! i'm not creative like that. even french tip, i don't know how to do it. and i'm lazy. i rely on the saloon for pedicures.

  2. Haha! Thanks janjan! I actually do this style a lot, changing the colors around of course. If you go to the drug store you can buy nail guides (I actually didn't use nail guides on this one that's why I was so proud of them!) to do it yourself. It's a lot cheaper in the long run (of course going to the salon is always fun too). (Just a note on nail guides, it takes HOURS for the base color to dry and if you put them on too soon it will ruin the base!)

  3. Boo Ghost Hunters... Ghost Adventures rules!!!

  4. I can barely put on a single color without accidentally coating the tops of my toes, which makes me incredibly jealous that you can do 3 colors with absolutely no toe smearing. Show off!

  5. Mei - Ghost Hunters is awesome! The only thing good about Ghost Adventures is Zac Baggans(?) and lately he's been dressing and acting like a tool. Sorry but it had to be said.

MX3 - Well, I've had lots of practice. I also did them yesterday and the coating that I smeared all over my toes has already been washed off in the shower. I suppose I cheated a little in that aspect too. So don't be too jealous!

  6. I've loved that ShamWow Parody since "StumbleUpon" brought it into my life. Most of that guy's parodies are pretty good.

  7. wow that's super creative of you. Right! there are nail guides to help my toes look fab like that. got to grab one soon haha!

  8. I always loved that last video. It is the same game I play with my Ella all the time.

I used to completely dig the Ghosthunters, but I haven't watched in two years. They just started getting lame to me after awhile. I still catch an episode now and them.

  9. rie - Yeah Jacks films are usually pretty hilarious. I love the part where he says "regular sponges are too confusing and they kill nearly 13 people a week."

janjan - Not sure if it's creativity or just a matter of being cheap, lol! I used to always get my nails done at the salon to but because of school and stuff I don't make as much money as I used to so I can't really afford it any more... Anyway have fun!

Amber - I don't know why but when I saw it the first time I just thought it was hilarious! As for Ghost Hunters, you're right, they've been a little lame lately. I think this is due to the fact that a lot of the show is scripted these days, which sucks. Especially because Steve and Tango are so funny on their own.

  10. LOL Jonah Hill is very funny, he is really good in the new movie Get Him to the Greek as well

  11. hahaha. That last comment about the pants is spot on.

  12. the 1st thing that came to my mind after seeing that video is
    scooby dooby doo!

and never go to an Indian restaurant with tights on!

  13. The last video has had my husband and I cracking up more times than I can count. I don't know why it's so hilarious! My cat will do it... for two steps then she cheats and attacks.

And Jonah Hill with the cats... too funny.

  14. eTerNal - My boyfriend and I are planning on seeing Get Him to the Greek on Friday. I can't wait! I LOVE Jonah Hill!

20 something - I know right? That blows. I totally thought wearing my tight pants to dinner would keep me from eating less and it really didn't. Which BLOWS!!

Amogh - Can't say I've ever been to an Indian restaurant to be honest. Can you recommend a good dish for me to try? I won't wear my tight pants... lol!

Jessica - Thank god someone else thinks that is as funny as I thought it was!! I can't explain it either, but for some reason it makes me laugh every time.

  15. the best thing about any indian restaurant is the portion (amount) of food you get!
i'm a vegetarian actually but i think you should try some
chicken biryani, shahi paneer(indian cheese curry), kulche (indian bread), samosas the list goes on n on.....
    caution: they are spicy :P
